Parcelhub operates a hybrid service - delivering via its own network as well as offering a multi-channel platform for bookings with over twenty third-party providers. Their current partners include Yodel, Hermes, Parcelforce and TNT. Parcelhub was acquired by postal delivery company Whistl in 2018.
Parcelhub delivers over eight million parcels to customers every year via its own network. Because of the size of their customer base, with tens of thousands of wholesale clients, Parcelhub is able to offer so-called ‘pooled rates’. This is a bulk discount which reduces the cost of many shipments.
