Not only does our shipping API allow you to easily print international courier labels, it also automatically generates the required customs forms, including CN22, CN23 and commercial invoices. There is no need to worry as we do not charge for failed label attempts. However, if you end up printing a wrong shipping label, Courier API allows you to retry and print the correct label. The system will then only charge you for the label that you use.

It is possible to cancel a label where the courier itself supports this feature. In this case, Courier API makes a label cancellation request to the API, thus allowing for labels to be cancelled. Although this feature is not yet compatible with all the couriers Courier API is integrated with, our team is working on extending the selection of couriers which support this.
